- How much paid annual leave do I get?20 days a year, or 30 in exhausting or harmful work. Two days are added every 5 years.
- Can I give up my leave for money?No, such an agreement is void. Unused days are paid when the job ends.
- How much paid sick leave do I get?30 days a year, paid by the employer, building up to 180.
- How long is maternity leave?72 days on full pay. An insured worker can then ask for up to a year at half pay, paid by the government.
- Can I breastfeed during work hours?Yes, up to an hour a day, counted as working time.
- Do I get leave when I marry or someone close dies?No provision found in Law 71.
