20 days a year, or 30 in exhausting or harmful work. Two days are added every 5 years.

At least 21 days after a year, or 30 in dangerous work. More with longer service.

The law
The Kurdistan Region has no labour law of its own, so it still applies Iraqi Labour Law No. 71 of 1987. Federal Iraq has applied the newer Labour Law No. 37 since 2015.
يستحق العامل اجازة باجر’ لمدة عشرين يوما عن كل سنة عمل.يستحق العامل في الاعمال المرهقة او الضارة بالصحة اجازة سنوية لمدة ثلاثين يوما عن كل سنة عمل.يضاف يومان الى اجازة العامل السنوية بعد كل خمس سنوات يقضيها في خدمة مستمرة لدى صاحب العمل ذاته.يستحق العامل بعد مضي سنة على خدمته اجازة باجر تام لمدة (٢١) واحد و عشرين يوما في الاقل عن كل سنة عمل .يستحق العامل في الاعمال الخطرة او المرهقة او الضارة اجازة باجر تام لمدة (٣٠) ثلاثين يوما في الاقل عن كل سنة عمل .This is general information, not legal advice.
