What Bahoz is

Bahoz is a job board for Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. It gathers job postings that employers publish, on Bahoz and elsewhere in public, puts them in order so they can be searched, and tells you about new ones when you ask.

Bahoz is not the employer and not a recruitment agency. We take no part in hiring, and we do not decide who gets a job.

Job postings

We work to keep postings accurate and current, but they come from employers and public sources, and we cannot promise that a job is real, still open, or described correctly.

Take care before you share personal details, and never pay anyone to be given a job: a real employer does not ask for money. If a posting looks wrong, tell us through the contact form and we will look at it.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to have an account.
• Give your real name and an email address that is yours.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One account per person.

Using Bahoz fairly

• Do not copy the job listings in bulk, by scripts, scrapers or anything automated.
• Do not overload or attack the site or the app, or try to reach what is not yours.
• Do not use the forms or alerts to send spam, or to pretend to be someone else.
• Do not use Bahoz for anything unlawful, or to deceive or harm people who are looking for work.

Alerts and notifications

We send the alerts and notifications you ask for, and nothing else of the kind. You can change or stop them at any time, in the app, on the website, or from the link in any alert email.

What belongs to whom

The Bahoz name, the site, the app and their design belong to Bahoz. Each job posting belongs to whoever wrote it.

Ending

You can delete your account whenever you want; the privacy page says how, and what happens to your data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

No guarantees

Bahoz is offered as it is. We do our best to keep it working and correct, but we cannot promise it always will be. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what employers do, for hiring decisions, or for losses that come from relying on a posting.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and tell people who use Bahoz when a change matters to them. Using Bahoz after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
