From the day after the contract ends. Within 7 days if the worker resigned.

The law
The Kurdistan Region has no labour law of its own, so it still applies Iraqi Labour Law No. 71 of 1987. Federal Iraq has applied the newer Labour Law No. 37 since 2015.
يلتزم صاحب العمل بدفع اجر العامل, في حالة انتهاء خدمته, خلال سبعة ايام من تاريخ انتهائها.يجب اجراء تسوية نهائية للاجر من اليوم التالي لانهاء عقد العمل ، و اذا كان انهاء عقد العمل من طرف العامل فيجب دفع اجوره المستحقة خلال (٧) سبعة ايام من تاريخ تركه العمل .This is general information, not legal advice.
