IQD 450,000 a month for an unskilled worker. No agreement may go below it.

IQD 350,000 a month since 1 January 2018.

The law
The Kurdistan Region has no labour law of its own, so it still applies Iraqi Labour Law No. 71 of 1987. Federal Iraq has applied the newer Labour Law No. 37 since 2015.
set the minimum monthly wage for unskilled workers at IQD 450,000کرێ ی سەرپەرشتیار مانگانە دەدرێت لە لایەن خاوەن پڕۆژەکەوە نابێت لە (٤٥٠٠٠٠) چوار سەدو پەنجا هەزار دیناری عێراقی کەمتر بێت بە پێی نوسراوی ئەنجومەنی وەزیران/ سەرۆکایەتی دیوان ژمارە (٩٤١٠) لە ٢٠٢٥/٨/٣ کە ئاراستەی وەزارەتی کار و کاروباری کۆمەڵایەتی کراوەلا يجوز الاتفاق بين صاحب العمل والعامل على اجر اقل من الحد الادنى لاجر العامل غير الماهر.اقرار توصية لجنة تحديد الحد الأدنى لأجر العامل ليكون (٣٥٠٠٠٠) دينار , فقط ثلاثمائة وخمسون الف دينار شهرياًو في جميع الاحوال لا يجوز ان يقل اجر العامل عن الحد الادنى للاجر المقرر قانونا .This is general information, not legal advice.
