Rosmalen Sky Travel & Tourism is looking for a professional and highly motivated Visa & Travel Reservation Officer to join our team in Erbil.
The employee will be responsible for handling visa applications, flight reservations, hotel bookings, and assisting clients with their travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process visa applications for different countries.
- Review applicants’ documents and ensure all requirements are complete and accurate.
- Book and manage international and domestic flight reservations.
- Arrange hotel bookings and other travel services.
- Communicate professionally with clients in Arabic and English.
- Follow up with embassies, visa centers, airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
- Use online booking systems, websites, email, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and regularly update the company websites.
- Add, edit, and update website content, visa information, travel services, prices, announcements, and other relevant information.
- Monitor the websites regularly and report or resolve basic technical issues when needed.
- Coordinate with the management and technical team to improve website content, usability, and online services.
- Assist in developing and improving digital tools and online services used by the company.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn different online systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work professionally under pressure and handle multiple applications and bookings.
- Previous experience in a travel agency, visa services, airline reservations, or hotel booking is preferred.
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience or knowledge in website management, content management systems (CMS), basic web technologies, and digital platforms is highly preferred.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong technology background who can combine excellent computer skills with customer service, visa processing, and travel reservation responsibilities.
