About the job
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Technical Service Manager to oversee and manage the company’s technical and maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all technical services, maintenance activities, and facility systems are operating efficiently and safely.
The role involves managing technical teams, coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring service quality, handling technical issues, and ensuring that work is completed according to company standards and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the technical and maintenance team.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all technical systems, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and service requests efficiently.
- Monitor the performance and quality of technical services.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Monitor maintenance costs and assist with budget planning.
- Inspect completed maintenance work to ensure quality and proper execution.
- Identify recurring technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
- Ensure maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts are available when required.
- Report major technical issues and maintenance requirements to management.
Salary
- Salary: USD 1,800 per month.
