Luzloom Marketing & Advertising LTD is hiring an on-site Social Media & Marketing Specialist in Erbil to oversee social accounts, generate content, and support marketing campaigns.

- Working Days: Sunday–Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage social media and marketing activities for our company and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts and daily activities.
- Plan and create Reels, videos, posts, Stories, and other short-form content.
- Develop content calendars, social media strategies, campaigns, and creative ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and new content formats.
- Write engaging captions, posts, and marketing copy.
- Respond to messages, comments, and client inquiries professionally.
- Manage and support social media marketing campaigns and paid advertising.
- Help plan content shoots, concepts, scripts, and shot ideas.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Develop marketing strategies and ideas based on client goals.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Learn and work with CRM systems, lead generation, funnels, tracking, and marketing automation.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other major platforms.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising and marketing analytics is a plus.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
