Master Store is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Officers to join its retail team at Zaga Mall in Erbil. Successful candidates will assist customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and provide a high-quality shopping experience while working toward sales targets.
Working hours
- 8 hours per day, 6 days per week
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Apple products and accessories.
- Present product features and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new Apple products and services.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized and products are properly displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Follow company policies and retail procedures.
Requirements
- Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for technology and Apple products is an advantage.
