Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers interested in purchasing apartments and real estate units.
- Follow up with potential customers and respond to their inquiries.
- Explain real estate projects, prices, and available payment methods.
- Arrange appointments for customers to visit real estate projects.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process until the sale is completed.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare periodic sales reports.
- Work toward achieving monthly sales targets set by management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Seriousness, commitment, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in real estate.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
- Knowledge of Kurdish is preferred.
