AT Group is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Baghdad to promote and sell construction materials to contractors and developers across the city.
About the job
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our construction materials to contractors, developers, engineers, and businesses across Baghdad. You will be the main link between our company and our clients, building lasting relationships and growing our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with contractors, builders, developers, and construction firms
- Present and promote our range of construction materials to existing and potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers and address their needs promptly
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales
- Visit construction sites, showrooms, and client offices as needed
- Track sales activity, client interactions, and targets in reports
- Stay informed about market prices, competitor offerings, and industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, building supplies, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the Baghdad construction market and its key players
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic; English is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working both in the office and in the field
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- A valid driving license is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
Salary
- Salary: To be discussed during the interview

- Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
