Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or commercial management experience.
- Experience in construction chemicals or building materials is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent Kurdish and Arabic; good English.
- Must reside in Sulaymaniyah.
- Valid driving licence; own vehicle preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Iraq.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with distributors, contractors and key clients.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
