About the job

We are seeking a Production Software Team Leader to manage and oversee labeling operations using our proprietary “plant manager” software, coordinating work orders, labeling lines, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage production software for labeling operations
Plan, assign, and monitor work orders across 100+ labeling lines and multiple warehouse zones
Track labeling line performance, productivity, and adherence to timelines
Prepare daily operational reports (labeled quantities, errors, OEE, KPIs)
Maintain accurate operational documentation and prevent execution errors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
3–5 years in pharmaceutical or warehouse operations
Strong software operations and coordination skills
High attention to detail and analytical mindset
Fluent in English & Kurdish (Arabic/Turkish is a plus)
