Requirements
- Master Mariner (Unlimited) or Chief Engineer (Unlimited) certification.
- Minimum 15 years of maritime, LNG, terminal operations, or offshore energy industry experience.
- Significant shore-based operational management experience within the LNG industry.
- Previous experience in LNG import/export terminals, FSRU operations, LNG shipping, or regasification facilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing large O&M service contracts and third-party contractors.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Fluency in English Language- written and spoken
- Experience in start-up, commissioning, or mobilization of LNG facilities.
- Strong understanding of marine assurance, vessel operations, and offshore LNG logistics.
- Familiarity with international standards including SIGTTO, ISGOTT, ISPS Code, and related industry guidance.
- Experience of working in Iraq/ Middle East, and understanding of regional culture
