Position Overview
HTS Company is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diesel engines and related mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical faults in diesel engines and related equipment.
- Identify technical issues and recommend effective repair and maintenance solutions.
- Understand engine protection systems, their components, and operating principles.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of AC systems and electrical control panels.
- Prepare technical reports, maintain documentation, and communicate professionally via email.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of diesel engines and related equipment.
Requirements
- Nationality: Iraqi.
- Location: Must reside in Kirkuk Province.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of diesel engines, engine components, protection systems, AC systems, and electrical control panels.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Languages: Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
