- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Create daily stories, reels, photos, and videos.
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.
- Appear on camera to present mall events and activities.
- Cover events and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Follow digital trends and develop engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Strong social media management and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and Microsoft Excel.
- Confidence and willingness to appear on camera.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity, teamwork, and flexibility.
- Availability for overtime when required, with compensatory time off.
