Carrot Burger is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage its marketing activities across digital and on-site channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media accounts, coordinating with influencers, developing marketing ideas and campaigns, and ensuring their effective implementation.
The ideal candidate should be creative, comfortable using AI tools and digital applications to produce high-quality images, videos, and social media content efficiently, and capable of turning marketing ideas into practical campaigns that attract customers and strengthen the brand's presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Carrot Burger's social media accounts and maintain an active, engaging online presence.
- Develop creative marketing ideas, promotional campaigns, and content strategies to attract customers and increase brand awareness.
- Create, plan, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, reels, and stories.
- Use AI tools and other digital applications to create and edit marketing content quickly and efficiently.
- Identify suitable influencers and manage influencer marketing activities, including communication, coordination, campaign planning, and follow-up.
- Develop and implement promotional offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate on-site marketing activities, including the preparation and implementation of brochures, promotional materials, offers, and other advertising activities.
- Turn marketing concepts and ideas into practical, well-organized campaigns and ensure their successful implementation.
- Monitor social media performance, customer engagement, and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing tools, AI applications, and creative content formats.
- Coordinate with the company's team to ensure marketing activities align with Carrot Burger's brand identity and business objectives.
- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time and meet the company's quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong creativity and the ability to develop original marketing ideas and promotional campaigns.
- Practical experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Good knowledge of AI tools and digital applications for creating images, videos, designs, and other marketing materials efficiently.
- Ability to use content creation and editing applications to produce professional marketing materials.
- Experience coordinating with influencers or managing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement marketing ideas independently.
