LuzLoom is looking for a proactive, versatile person with previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency who can contribute across marketing, build client relationships, and turn opportunities into signed projects.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients.
- Approach businesses through calls, messages, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
- Arrange meetings, present our services, and understand client needs.
- Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and help close deals.
- Manage leads, client communication, and follow-ups through our CRM.
- Support marketing strategies, campaigns, content planning, and social media activities.
- Coordinate with our creative team to deliver client work.
- Take ownership of tasks and keep projects moving from planning to completion.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is required.
- Practical experience across digital marketing, social media, and campaign execution.
- Experience in client communication, sales, or business development.
- Understanding of content creation, paid advertising, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Confidence presenting services and communicating with business owners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to take responsibility.
- Fluency in Kurdish and good English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Availability to work on-site in Erbil and attend client meetings.
