Requirements
- 5–7 years of practical experience as a Machinery Workshop Manager or Service Manager in large companies dealing in heavy equipment, trucks or buses.
- Experience and ability to lead the workshop team to achieve the company's goals and targets while keeping maximum customer satisfaction and maintaining the rules of the company and the manufacturers.
- Proven knowledge of machinery technical standards and procedures, to instruct electricians and mechanics on repair procedures, rules and regulations, and to follow the Technical Diagnosis protocol.
- Education: BSc in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Language Skills: Excellent reading, writing and speaking in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
- Computer Skills: Excellent MS Office user, familiar with computerized dealer management systems and manufacturer portals.
- Interpersonal Skills: High attention to detail, planning and analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, and negotiation skills. Also required: a disciplined character, problem solving, decision making, and strong administrative and managerial skills.
