Alen Factory is seeking an energetic and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team and assist in managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are prioritized / welcome).
- Technical Skills: Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to accurately record financial transactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Gender: Female only.
Responsibilities
- Recording receipts, payments, and day-to-day financial transactions.
- Preparing financial documents, vouchers, and records.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Organizing, filing, and maintaining accounting documents.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.
