AT Group is seeking a skilled and helpful IT Technician to join our team in Baghdad. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems, and provide technical support to users across our facilities.

Working hours
- Working Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install and update software and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and network problems.
- Set up and maintain network connections, including Wi-Fi and cabling.
- Provide technical support to users in person and by phone.
- Keep records of IT equipment, support requests, and repairs.
- Follow company IT security rules and protect company data.
Requirements
- Able to speak English at an intermediate to upper-intermediate level.
- Good knowledge of computers, networks, and Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- A diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or a related field and previous IT support experience are preferred.
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
