Cihan Motors is hiring an Insurance Sales Consultant in Erbil to sell Toyota Insurance products, manage policy renewals, and handle customer enquiries. Candidates need at least two years of sales experience and fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Toyota Insurance products to new and used vehicle customers.
- Achieve monthly insurance sales, penetration, and premium targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Support dealership campaigns and maximize insurance conversion.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Proactively follow up on policy renewals before expiry.
- Prepare renewal quotations and secure policy renewals.
- Improve customer retention and repeat business.
- Provide professional advice on insurance products, benefits, and coverage.
- Handle customer enquiries and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with Cihan Insurance for policy and claims support.
- Ensure a positive customer experience before and after policy issuance.
- Collect and verify all required customer documents.
- Process insurance policies accurately through company systems.
- Receive, record, and follow up on premium payments.
- Submit daily premium collections in accordance with company procedures.
- Act as the showroom representative for Toyota Insurance in line with Cihan Insurance and Cihan Motors branding.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, showroom events, promotional videos, social media, and customer awareness activities.
- Ensure insurance promotional materials are properly displayed.
- Represent both companies professionally at all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants to maximize insurance sales.
- Support finance and loan-related insurance requirements.
- Ensure insurance policies are completed before vehicle delivery where applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch insurance sales reports.
- Monitor insurance KPIs, renewals, premium collections, and penetration rates.
- Report sales performance, lost opportunities, and market feedback to management.
- Comply with Cihan Insurance, Cihan Motors, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and customer confidentiality.
- Follow company dress code, attendance, and professional conduct standards.
- Keep the insurance counter and showroom area organized and professional.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/institute graduation
- More than 2 Years’ experience in Sales/Automobile sales.
- Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English – both written and spoken.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- High level of punctuality and discipline.
- Ability to perform under pressure and interact with a wide range of customers.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software
