Fastlink is hiring an Indirect Sales Specialist in Erbil to oversee distributor and POS relationships, monitor field sales, and support channel partners across the region.

Grow indirect sales across Kurdistan by building distributor and POS partnerships, sharing market insights, and helping customers get timely support.
The Indirect Sales Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with key distributors, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring strict compliance with Fastlink’s operational policies to support and strengthen its indirect sales operations across the Kurdistan Region.
Responsibilities
- Execute indirect sales strategies in the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with Fastlink’s policies and operational standards.
- Conduct regular field visits to Points of Sale (POSs) and showrooms.
- Report market intelligence on competitors and consumer trends.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Engage POS staff with Fastlink’s products, promotions, and incentives.
- Provide accurate daily/weekly reports on sales targets, rejected contracts, documentation issues, and stock irregularities.
- Coordinate with Sales Supervisors and support distributor issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Fastpay teams on shared field activities and activation targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in telecom, sales, or indirect sales management.
- Experience in field operations or indirect sales channels is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Readiness for fieldwork with high mobility.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic; English is an advantage.
