AT Group is seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Technician Lead to join our team in Baghdad. The successful candidate will lead the HVAC team, guide technicians in their daily work, and make sure all environmental-control systems run safely and efficiently across our project sites.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise HVAC technicians in daily maintenance and repair work.
- Plan, assign, and follow up on HVAC tasks and work orders.
- Troubleshoot complex faults in HVAC and environmental-control systems.
- Install HVAC equipment and make sure work meets quality standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and keep records up to date.
- Report progress, faults, and spare-part needs to the supervisor or manager.
- Make sure the team follows all health, safety, and site rules.
Requirements
- Able to speak English at an intermediate to upper-intermediate level.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Able to use diagnostic tools and read technical drawings.
- A technical diploma and previous HVAC leadership experience are preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
