The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is hiring an HR Administration Officer in Baghdad with at least 5 years of HR experience, specializing in payroll, tax, and social security matters.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in HR, minimum 3 years’ experience managing payroll, Tax and Social security files.
- Well established professional relationships with Tax and Social Security directorates.
- A Very good understanding of Iraq labour laws and country legislation.
- Experience with Humanitarian organization is an advantage.
