The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant start to the guest dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm, professional manner
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the venue
- Maintain the reception/entrance area in a tidy and presentable manner
- Work rotating shifts to ensure consistent coverage
- Additional responsibilities to be detailed during the interview
Requirements
- Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English and Arabic, or English and Kurdish
- Any related educational background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
