Heaven Nursery in Erbil is hiring a Head Room Teacher to lead a classroom team, deliver early childhood educational activities, communicate with parents, and handle daily reporting via HiMama.
Responsibilities
- Department:Early Childhood Education
- Reports To:Nursery Manager / Academic Coordinator
- 1. Classroom Management: Organize and manage the classroom, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- 2. Children's Development & Activities: Follow the nursery's educational plan, prepare and deliver activities, and use creativity to make learning fun and engaging.
- 3. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide assistant teachers, distribute responsibilities, and ensure effective teamwork.
- 4. Parent Communication: Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- 5. Reporting & Safety: Use HiMama to complete and submit daily reports, document children's activities and progress, and ensure health, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in early childhood education will be preferred
- Good leadership and classroom management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in children's development.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities and lead a classroom team.
