Digital Vision is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer in Erbil to develop complex healthcare software, web applications, and local infrastructure.

Dev Vision, Digital Vision's software studio, is expanding its technology team, and we’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who can help us build sophisticated, modern digital products, from polished user interfaces to complex backend systems and local infrastructure.
This is not a role focused only on websites. We’re looking for someone who can think about the entire product: UI/UX, frontend, backend, databases, integrations, local deployment, security, performance, and real-world usability.
We’re looking for someone who is not satisfied with simply making something “work.”
We want a developer who cares about: Clean architecture. Beautiful interfaces. Fast performance. Reliable systems. Great user experience.
Someone who can understand a complex business problem, propose the right technical solution, and then actually build it.
You’ll work on ambitious technology products across healthcare, digital platforms, mobile applications and intelligent business systems, with the opportunity to contribute to products from their earliest stages.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full-stack software development
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX and the ability to turn designs into polished, responsive interfaces
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript and modern frontend architecture
- Experience with C# / .NET or similar enterprise backend technologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience designing and working with REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations
- Understanding of authentication, permissions, security and scalable database architecture
- Ability to build and deploy local/on-premise software environments, local servers and LAN-based systems
- Experience with offline-first applications, data synchronization, backups and conflict handling
- Experience building applications for Windows and/or macOS
- Comfortable working with modern cloud platforms and services
- Strong debugging, architecture and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using modern AI-assisted engineering workflows to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality
- Able to take ownership of a feature from idea → architecture → development → testing → deployment
- Healthcare technology experience is a major advantage
- We are particularly interested in developers who have worked with:
- Hospital or clinical information systems
- Pharmacy or laboratory software
- Electronic medical records
- Medical imaging systems
- Healthcare integrations
- HL7 / FHIR / DICOM
- LIS, RIS, PACS or similar healthcare technologies
- You do not need experience in all of these, but familiarity with healthcare software will be highly valued.
