We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer proficient in the RILT Stack with proven experience building Admin Dashboards and Control Panels, who uses AI tools to build high-performance web applications efficiently.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Erbil or willing to relocate. This is a full on-site role.
- Languages: Native or near-native Arabic (written and spoken), plus fluent English.
- Domain experience: Proven track record developing functional, intuitive, data-dense Admin Dashboards / Control Panels.
- Laravel (PHP): Deep experience with backend logic, Eloquent ORM, and application architecture.
- Inertia.js: Solid understanding of building SPAs with server-side routing and no separate API layer.
- React.js: Strong command of modern React (Hooks, component lifecycle, state management).
- Tailwind CSS: Proficient in building responsive, modern UIs with utility-first CSS.
- Databases: Hands-on with PostgreSQL and MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization).
- Version control: Strong Git workflow skills (branching, PR reviews, resolving merge conflicts).
- Active use of AI models (ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up development and debugging.
- Practical experience with AI specification and workflow tools such as Spec Kit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications and admin dashboards on the RILT stack.
- Design and optimize database schemas across PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows to improve code quality, code generation, and technical documentation.
