Requirements
- Previous experience in flight ticketing or the airline travel industry is required.
- Knowledge of flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, and cancellations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a professional and organized manner.
- Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is an advantage.
- Experienced, responsible, and customer-focused candidates.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
