Iconic is looking for a Financial Accounting Specialist in Erbil with at least 3 years of business accounting experience to manage key accounts, reconcile invoices and SOA, and liaise with major clients.
About the job
This position is focused on accounting for major clients who need continues follow up, documentation, communication, and reconciliation of payment packages.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all invoices are correct, matching them against data, then sharing them with clients in a timely manner.
- Reconcile SOA with clients.
- Audit payment packages and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure error-free processes.
- Entering data and organizing digital and printed files.
- Responsible for the follow up, negotiations, and the results for on time payment of key accounts.
- Travel across Iraq to meet with key customers and establish strong working relationships.
Requirements
- At minimum 3 years of experience in accounting for businesses
- Excellent with data management and numbers
- Proactive and able to work independently on key accounts
- Result driven with strong ability to negotiate favorable outcomes
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in Arabic, Intermediate English
- Ability to work on ERP system and Microsoft Apps
