Peace Global Logistics is hiring a Field Marketing Officer in Erbil to conduct daily showroom visits, generate business opportunities, and promote logistics services across the Kurdistan Region. Candidates should be fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
About the job
To promote PGL’s services across the Kurdistan Region by building strong relationships with vehicle showrooms, dealers, traders, and importers; generating new business opportunities; increasing brand awareness and market presence; gathering market intelligence and competitor insights; and contributing to the growth of PGL’s customer base and market share through proactive field marketing and customer engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to vehicle showrooms, dealerships, and related businesses throughout Kurdistan.
- Promote PGL services and generate new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with showroom owners, managers, traders, importers, and key decision-makers.
- Distribute company brochures and marketing materials.
- Promote PGL's reputation, international presence, and service capabilities.
- Communicate PGL's status as a registered and authorized Copart Broker.
- Gather market intelligence regarding customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback, concerns, complaints, and recommendations.
- Obtain and maintain contact information of showroom owners and key decision-makers.
- Submit daily reports covering showroom visits, customer meetings, leads generated, competitor information, and market observations.
- Contribute to increasing PGL's visibility, customer base, and market share throughout the Kurdistan Region.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Kurdish, English and Arabic.
- 1 - 2 Years experience in Sales and marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the automotive market is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
