Erbil International Equestrian Club is hiring an Event and Competition Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and execute equestrian events and club activities.

Erbil International Equestrian Club is looking for an organized and proactive Event and Competition Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of equestrian events, competitions, and other club activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and preparation of events and competitions.
- Support event schedules, programs, and operational arrangements.
- Coordinate with participants, teams, officials, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
- Assist with venue preparation and ensure event requirements are arranged on time.
- Coordinate registration and administrative requirements for competitions.
- Support the event team during competitions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor event activities and address operational issues when they arise.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders throughout the event process.
- Prepare event-related records, reports, and documentation.
- Support post-event follow-up and evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in event or competition coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks during events.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Interest in equestrian sports and events is an advantage.
