Mesopo Agency is looking for an on-site Design & Content Manager in Erbil to oversee design and content projects across client accounts. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience along with proficiency in Adobe creative software.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and content projects for multiple clients.
- Create social media posts, videos, reels, and campaign materials.
- Develop creative concepts and monthly content plans.
- Maintain brand identity and ensure content quality.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots and manage deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design or content creation.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio of creative work.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Kurdish and Arabic communication skills; working English.
- Strong creativity, organization, and time management.
- Preferred Skills: Photography, videography, AI creative tools, motion graphics, or 3D design.
Salary
- Salary: 2,000,000 – 2,500,000 IQD/month during probation
- Probation Period: 2 months

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 days per week
