The Corporate Relationship Management Officer is responsible for following up on and developing relationships with the clients assigned to them, and acting as the main point of contact between the client and the Bank to understand needs, follow up on requests, and coordinate the provision of appropriate products and services. The Officer contributes to attracting clients, developing the portfolio and revenues, and maintaining service quality and client satisfaction, while following up on relationship requirements and complying with the approved policies and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily relationships with assigned clients and maintain regular professional communication to ensure an understanding of their needs and level of satisfaction.
- Develop the client portfolio by attracting new relationships and developing additional opportunities with existing clients in accordance with approved targets.
- Identify client needs, propose appropriate banking products and services, and coordinate with the relevant departments to complete the requirements.
- Follow up on client requests and transactions from receipt through completion and coordinate to address delays, deficiencies, or exceptional cases.
- Monitor portfolio performance, revenues, balances, and product utilization against targets and take the necessary actions to improve results.
- Prepare and update relationship plans, client data, opportunities, and required actions, and ensure the availability of up-to-date and accurate information to support follow-up.
- Conduct periodic meetings and visits with clients, document outcomes, requests, opportunities, and commitments, and follow up on their implementation.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities and increase the utilization of appropriate products and services in a manner that delivers value to the client and the Bank.
- Follow up on client complaints and feedback and coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure resolution and closure within service levels.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Products, and Branches regarding client requirements and requests.
- Monitor any indicators or information that may affect the relationship or risk level and inform the direct supervisor and relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Prepare periodic reports on the portfolio, opportunities, revenues, open requests, and level of completion, and submit them to the direct supervisor.
- Comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence requirements, update client data, and complete documentation within the approved timelines and procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality of client and Bank information and comply with authority limits, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory instructions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Typically, a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development in the banking or financial sector.
- Client relationship management, business development and sales, understanding of banking products and services, portfolio management, negotiation and communication, customer service, reporting and follow-up, problem-solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office and English appropriate to the job requirements.
