Mindaľparêz is hiring a Child Development & Special Education Specialist in Sulaymaniyah to support training and educational activities for children with special needs. Applicants must hold a degree in Sociology or Special Education and be fluent in Arabic and Kurdish.

Responsibilities
- Assist the trainer in implementing teaching strategies designed for the learning of children with special needs.
- Assist in conducting assessments and collecting data on the progress of children with special needs and help maintain records.
- Assist in preparing educational materials, resources, and activities tailored to the individual needs of each child.
- Assist in creating a conducive learning environment for the success of children with special needs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the trainer, children, families, and other team members.
- Attend all trainings assigned by the Special Needs Children Trainer within the project.
- Participate in awareness campaigns and program activities.
- Assist other departments of the project when necessary.
Requirements
- Degree in Sociology or Special Education.
- Experience in dealing with children with special needs.
- Knowledge of and commitment to child rights protection laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and Kurdish languages.
Working hours
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
