About the job
Reports To: Branch Manager
To prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages according to the company's approved recipes and quality standards, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workplace.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages according to approved recipes and quality standards.
- Welcome customers and provide professional and friendly service.
- Ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and tools.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal appearance standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Branch Manager.
- Minimize product waste and take care of company property.
- Follow the assigned working schedule and wear the official uniform.
- Cooperate with team members and follow the Branch Manager's instructions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
- Commitment to discipline and willingness to learn.
