Cihan Motors is seeking an After Sales ODM Executive in Erbil to oversee customer contracts, branch support, customer feedback, and business opportunities. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and be fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
Working hours
- 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Responsibilities
- Follow-up on Existing Customer Contracts
- Follow-up on New Customer Contracts
- Handling New Customer Inquiries (Tender or Email)
- Administrative Support for Duhok and Sulaymaniah Branches
- Administrative Support for Active Contract Customers
- Monthly Activity Reporting to TIQ
- Collation of VOC and Feedback from Existing Customers
- Identify new customers and new business opportunities
- Internal National Skill Contest activities
Requirements
- Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Related job and internship experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel, and to has a background in google sheets..
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & austere Conditions.
