Al Sarab Auto is building a specialized After Sales team and is looking for a Warranty Specialist to support warranty procedures and warranty-related operations within its growing service network.
Requirements
- Practical experience in the automotive industry and After Sales.
- Experience with Warranty Claims and Warranty Procedures.
- Good understanding of warranty processes and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and identify root causes.
- Experience with TSBs and technical campaigns.
- Ability to support Service Centers and resolve technical issues.
- Good reporting and data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing warranty-related information.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and commitment to results.
