Requirements
- Practical experience in the automotive industry and After Sales.
- Experience with Warranty Claims and Warranty Procedures.
- Strong understanding of warranty claim processes and documentation.
- Ability to review and analyze warranty-related information.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing claims and documentation.
- Good data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and identify root causes.
- Experience with TSBs and technical campaigns.
- Ability to support Service Centers and resolve technical issues.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and commitment to results.
