OPT Media Agency in Erbil is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of experience to handle branding, digital, and print design campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, digital and print design, social media design, advertising, and visual communication. You should be able to take a creative brief and turn it into strong, polished visual concepts while maintaining consistency across different platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands and campaigns.
- Design high-quality content for social media platforms.
- Create digital advertising materials, campaign visuals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Develop designs for billboards, brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, and other print materials.
- Work on branding projects, including logos, visual identities, and brand guidelines.
- Adapt creative concepts into different formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.
- Collaborate with social media managers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and other members of the creative team.
- Understand and follow brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prepare final artwork correctly for both digital and print production.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and creative tools.
- Use AI tools when appropriate to support creative development and production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print.
- Strong understanding of social media design and digital advertising formats.
- Ability to develop concepts rather than simply execute designs.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Kurdish is a plus.
