Bestun Company is seeking a male Sales Specialist in Sulaymaniyah with at least two years of sales experience to manage customer relationships and drive sales. Fluency in both Kurdish and Arabic is required.
About the job
We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to develop customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Conduct customer visits and follow up on leads.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic; both languages are required.
- English is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
