The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and other food-service customers, while achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new restaurant and food-service customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Present and promote company products to customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Monitor customer orders, payments, and product requirements.
- Collect market and competitor information.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, or food-service products.
- Experience dealing with restaurants, cafés, catering companies, or HORECA customers is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Kurdish or other languages are an advantage.
