We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative for our Managed Print Services and IT solutions.
The role focuses on identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and managing sales opportunities from initial contact through contract signing.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers.
- Visit customer sites to understand their current printer needs.
- Work with technical and other internal teams to recommend suitable devices, software, services, consumables, and contract solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow the company's approval process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer contacts, follow-ups, expected value, and closing dates.
- Coordinate with service, technical, finance, logistics, and management teams to support smooth implementation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering sales activities, pipeline, quotations, meetings, wins/losses, and forecasts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in IT solutions, Managed Print Services, printers, or technology sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Very good Kurdish, Arabic and English language skills.
