The Sales Representative will develop and manage business relationships with bakeries, pastry shops, confectionery businesses, and sweet shops, with a focus on increasing sales and expanding market coverage.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with bakeries, pastry shops, and sweet shops.
- Visit customers regularly and understand their product requirements.
- Present company products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for new products and increased sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer orders and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food ingredients, food products, or related industries.
- Experience working with bakeries, pastry shops, or confectionery businesses is preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-driven.
- Ability to work in the field and conduct regular customer visits.
- Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Kurdish or other languages are an advantage.
