Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, research, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, quotations, and proposals in a timely manner.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on pipeline and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is preferred; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
