Cihan Auto-Trading Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Executive to support the implementation and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) practices across the company and its branches.
The successful candidate will work closely with the QHSE Specialist and branch teams to identify workplace hazards, support risk assessments, maintain QHSE documentation, follow up on corrective actions, and promote compliance with company standards and applicable QHSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine QHSE inspections at company facilities and branches.
- Support the QHSE Specialist in implementing day-to-day QHSE operations.
- Identify hazards and unsafe conditions and report them to the QHSE Specialist.
- Conduct basic hazard and risk analyses and workplace risk assessments.
- Follow up with branches and departments on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain QHSE records, including checklists, training and attendance records, risk assessments, and inspection reports.
- Assist with incident and near-miss reporting and investigations.
- Support safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness activities, and emergency drills.
- Collect QHSE and environmental information from branches and maintain accurate records.
- Support ISO audits by preparing required documentation and evidence.
- Coordinate with branch QHSE in-charges and departmental focal points.
- Travel outside Erbil and regularly visit Cihan Motors branches within the company's areas of operation.
- Support the QHSE Specialist in implementing SDG initiatives across branches.
- Perform other QHSE-related duties assigned by the QHSE Specialist.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of hazard identification, risk analysis, and risk assessment.
- Ability to conduct and document workplace risk assessments.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and regularly visit Cihan Motors branches within the company's areas of operation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferred.
- Proficiency in Kurdish and English, with knowledge of Arabic in both spoken and written communication.

- 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (Saturday–Thursday)
