ZER Group is hiring a Production Supervisor in Erbil to oversee factory operations, track staff attendance, and prepare production reports. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and at least two years of food production experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor production activities within the factory according to the supervisor's instructions.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly production reports with the supervisor.
- Prepare production data and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food production.
- Good knowledge of food production and production reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working hours
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 6 days per week
