We are hiring an HR Manager who is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization.

This role serves as the link between management and employees, ensuring a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.

The HR Manager plays a key role in supporting business growth by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Write clear and attractive job descriptions for open positions
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department managers
  • Make job offers and negotiate compensation packages
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Handle workplace conflicts and grievances in a fair and professional manner
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Conduct regular check-ins and employee satisfaction surveys
  • Support managers in handling performance issues and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee the annual and mid-year performance review process
  • Work with the board or heads of departments to set clear goals and expectations for their employees
  • Identify high-performing employees and support career growth plans
  • Track and document performance issues and improvement plans
  • Identify training needs across departments
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning programs
  • Develop onboarding and orientation programs for new staff
  • Support leadership development and succession planning
  • Manage payroll processing in coordination with Finance
  • Administer employee benefits such as leaves and bonuses
  • Conduct salary reviews and ensure pay is competitive and fair
  • Keep accurate records of employee compensation and benefits
  • Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment regulations
  • Maintain confidential and accurate employee records
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management

Requirements

  • Proven 1–3 years of HR management experience in a professional services environment
  • Knowledge of Iraqi and Kurdistan labor law
  • Kurdish is a must (English and Arabic is a plus)
