Pioneer Pharmaceuticals is looking for an analytical HR Compensation & Benefits Officer to manage payroll operations, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with applicable Iraqi labor and social security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll calculation and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with Iraqi Labor and Social Security laws.
- Administer employee benefits, incentives, and personnel records.
- Manage personnel data and automate daily HR tasks using Odoo ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in payroll and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law.
- Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems, particularly Odoo, and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- High level of confidentiality and analytical skills.
- Numerical Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and precision in calculations.
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Ability to handle sensitive compensation data with strict discretion.
- Time Management: Ability to consistently meet payroll deadlines.
- Communication: Clear and professional handling of employee inquiries.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve discrepancies and system errors effectively.
